Terms and Conditions
- 1.Phone calls will be handled by the management team. The Director (Sir) will not personally attend to calls; all queries should be directed to and will be addressed by management.
- 2.Attendance at PTMs is compulsory for all parents.
- 3.The academy has no connection with, and takes no responsibility for, school-related work. School homework, school worksheets, and school tests will not be addressed, solved, or assisted with at the academy.
- 4.The academy does not teach Hindi, AI, English, or French. Only Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies are taught, and strictly according to the academy's own curriculum.
- 5.Every school follows a different syllabus, test schedule, and course structure. The academy does not align its teaching with any individual school's calendar. It follows its own courses, syllabus, and test schedule, independent of any school.
- 6.Fees are fixed and non-negotiable. There will be no bargaining on fee amounts.
- 7.If fees are not paid on time, the student's access/enrollment will be removed from the system.
- 8.In the case of indiscipline, or if the Director/faculty has any concern regarding a student's conduct, the management reserves the right to remove/expel the student from the academy at any time, without prior notice.
- 9.If a student travels to the academy on a two-wheeler (e.g., Activa) without a valid license, the academy holds no responsibility for this; it remains entirely the student's/parent's responsibility.
- 10.Parents are required to check their child's notebook daily and provide their signature as confirmation.
- 11.Any topics missed by a student will be covered/completed at the end of the course or session — not in the middle of an ongoing session.
- 12.The academy operates according to the Director's decisions and policies. Parents/students are advised to take admission only after careful consideration of these terms.
- 13.Parents and students are expected to communicate with faculty members respectfully at all times.
📋 नियम एवं शर्तें (Terms & Conditions)
- 1.किसी भी समस्या या शिकायत के लिए अभिभावक सीधे विषय-शिक्षक से बात न करें। इसके लिए मैनेजमेंट/प्रबंधन शिक्षक से संपर्क करें।
- 2.PTM (Parent-Teacher Meeting) में उपस्थित होना अनिवार्य है।
- 3.स्कूल का होमवर्क और स्कूल की वर्कशीट Goyal Academy में नहीं करवाई जाएगी।
- 4.हिंदी, AI और इंग्लिश का कार्य/क्लास Goyal Academy में नहीं करवाया जाएगा। केवल Maths, Social Science और Science का कार्य Academy के साप्ताहिक सिलेबस के अनुसार करवाया जाएगा।
- 5.फीस निर्धारित रहेगी, इसमें किसी प्रकार की बार्गेनिंग नहीं होगी। फीस समय पर जमा करना अनिवार्य है। समय पर फीस जमा नहीं होने पर सॉफ्टवेयर/सिस्टम से सुविधा हटा दी जाएगी।
- 6.किसी भी प्रकार की अनुशासनहीनता या विद्यार्थी से संबंधित समस्या होने पर संबंधित शिक्षक से बात की जाएगी। शिक्षक को समस्या का समाधान करने का पूरा अधिकार होगा और इस दौरान किसी प्रकार का अनावश्यक विवाद या बहस नहीं की जाएगी।
- 7.बाइक से आने वाले विद्यार्थियों के पास वैध ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस होना अनिवार्य है। सभी विद्यार्थियों को यातायात एवं सुरक्षा नियमों का पालन करना होगा।
- 8.विद्यार्थियों की कॉपियाँ प्रतिदिन चेक की जाएँगी और अभिभावकों से नियमित रूप से हस्ताक्षर करवाए जाएँगे।
- 9.यदि किसी विद्यार्थी का कोई टॉपिक छूट जाता है, तो विद्यार्थी की जिम्मेदारी होगी कि वह उस टॉपिक को पूरा करे और छूटा हुआ कार्य समय पर पूरा करे।
- 10.Academy में एडमिशन से संबंधित प्रक्रिया एवं चार्ट के अनुसार ही प्रवेश दिया जाएगा। एडमिशन की निर्धारित तिथि एवं प्रक्रिया का पालन करना अनिवार्य होगा।
- 11.सभी विद्यार्थियों को सभी शिक्षकों एवं स्टाफ के साथ सम्मानपूर्वक व्यवहार करना अनिवार्य है।
- 12.विद्यार्थियों के अच्छे अंक सुनिश्चित करने के लिए नियमित उपस्थिति, कक्षा में सक्रिय सहभागिता, दिए गए कार्य को समय पर पूरा करना तथा Academy के नियमों का पालन करना आवश्यक है।
